Built for UK HGV, van and trailer operators
Fleet compliance software built around the Transport Manager's job.
MV Fleet Compliance puts vehicle dates, driver records, PMI planning, documents, reminders and digital walkaround checks into one live system — so the transport office can see what is right, what is due and what needs action.
MV Fleet Compliance is the software platform operated by MV TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS LTD. It supports compliance management; it does not replace the operator's or Transport Manager's legal responsibilities.

I wanted the compliance system I kept wishing I had.
Transport compliance is rarely one single document. It is the PMI due next week, the MOT three months away, the driver licence check that has slipped, the medical declaration, the eyesight check, the missing handbook signature, a defect still waiting for rectification and the evidence that proves somebody followed it up.
I spent years controlling those things through spreadsheets, folders, emails, paper forms and separate systems. They can work, but they make it too easy for information to become scattered and for an overdue action to hide in plain sight.
MV Fleet Compliance was built from the transport operation outwards. The starting question was not “what can software do?” It was “what does an operator or Transport Manager need to see every morning to know the licence is under control?”
A live compliance picture instead of another spreadsheet.
The dashboard is designed around due dates, evidence, defects and action. Green, amber and red status makes the exceptions visible so the office can spend time fixing problems rather than hunting through files.
Vehicles & trailers
Register units and trailers by type, track active status, documents, specialist equipment and compliance dates.
Vehicle compliance →PMI & maintenance planning
See upcoming PMI work, MOT, tax, tachograph calibration, brake evidence and equipment inspection dates in one place.
PMI planning →Driver compliance
Licence checks, CPC, tachograph cards, health declarations, eyesight checks, handbook acknowledgements and training dates.
Driver compliance →Daily checks & defects
Drivers complete online walkaround checks from their phone and reported defects move into the office workflow.
Walkaround checks →Due & overdue alerts
Email and dashboard reminders help keep time-sensitive compliance work visible before it becomes overdue.
Compliance reminders →Documents & audit trail
Store the evidence with the record it belongs to so the transport office can retrieve it without searching multiple folders.
O-Licence evidence →
The driver's walkaround check feeds the transport office, not another inbox.
The walkaround check is built into MV Fleet Compliance. A driver can select the vehicle or trailer, complete the relevant checks, record a nil-defect result or report an issue, add photographs and submit the record online.
Designed around the records that keep an Operator Licence moving.
Different operators need different controls, so the system keeps fleet, driver and supporting evidence together while allowing the operation to record the dates and equipment that actually apply.

Questions operators ask before moving away from spreadsheets and paper.
What is MV Fleet Compliance?
MV Fleet Compliance is a web-based compliance management system for UK commercial vehicle operators. It brings vehicle, trailer, maintenance, driver, document, reminder and digital walkaround-check records into one transport-office dashboard.
Does the system replace the Transport Manager?
No. Software does not replace the operator or Transport Manager responsibilities. It is designed to make due dates, missing evidence, defects and follow-up actions easier to see, record and evidence.
Does it include driver walkaround checks?
Yes. The driver walkaround check is part of MV Fleet Compliance rather than a separate product. Drivers can complete checks online from a phone, report defects and add supporting evidence so the transport office can follow the record through to rectification.
Can it track PMI, MOT and driver compliance dates?
Yes. The platform is designed to track vehicle and trailer inspection dates alongside driver licence checks, CPC, tachograph cards, health declarations, eyesight checks, handbook acknowledgement and other operator-controlled dates.
Is MV Fleet Compliance suitable for small operators?
Yes. The product was designed around the reality of small and growing UK operators that need a clearer compliance system without a large enterprise fleet-management implementation.
Does using the platform make an operator FORS accredited?
No. The platform is designed around a FORS Bronze-ready evidence baseline, but accreditation depends on the operator meeting the current FORS Standard and passing the relevant audit.
