Generate the controlled FORS Bronze policy, procedure and supporting document set from the information entered about the actual operation. The system keeps document issue and review control visible rather than leaving a folder of generic templates.
The Drivers Handbook is included as part of the system and built around the operator's controlled information. It can be issued to drivers and the acknowledgement retained against their compliance record.
The setup and Evidence Gate show what must be completed, what evidence needs to be uploaded and what still requires action. That gives the operator a practical route through Bronze rather than simply handing over blank documents.
Silver functionality is being built on top of the Bronze control framework and is coming soon. Bronze support is live now; Silver is not being presented as a live feature until the full workflow is ready.
An ETM can be given access to each operator they manage without sharing accounts or mixing company data. Where those operators use MV Fleet Compliance, the ETM gets a secure multi-company workspace.
Access follows the individual user's permissions. Linking an ETM to two companies does not give either operator access to the other.
Every package starts with a 14-day free trial. If you continue, the first paid period starts on Day 15 and the monthly subscription is paid in advance.

Setup fees are one-off and are based on the selected fleet package. Paper-file prices assume reasonably organised records suitable for scanning. VAT added where applicable.
MV Workshop is being developed for commercial maintenance providers. Where both the operator and maintenance provider use MV systems, the MV-to-MV connection will be included with no additional API charge.
