PMI & MAINTENANCE PLANNER SOFTWARE
Keep the next safety inspection visible before it becomes late.
PMI planning is one of the core controls behind roadworthiness. MV Fleet Compliance keeps safety inspection dates alongside MOT, tax, brake evidence, tachograph calibration and specialist-equipment dates so the office can see the maintenance picture in one place.

Plan inspections against the vehicle
Record the inspection interval, previous inspection and next planned date so each vehicle or trailer has a visible maintenance position.
- PMI due dates
- Forward planning
- Trailer inspections
- Document upload
Do not separate the other roadworthiness dates
The planner is designed to show maintenance-related dates together rather than using one spreadsheet for PMI, another for MOT and another for specialist equipment.
- MOT
- Tax
- Tachograph calibration
- Brake testing evidence
- Tail-lift / LOLER
- Lorry-loader / HIAB examinations
- Recall checks
Use red, amber and green to focus attention
The office can see what is current, approaching due and overdue without manually calculating dates every time the tracker is opened.
Keep the evidence with the date
Upload inspection and supporting records against the relevant vehicle so the date is not separated from the proof that the work took place.

MV Fleet Compliance is designed to support the records and workflow around UK operator compliance. These official sources explain the underlying responsibilities the operator still has to meet.
Pmi & Maintenance Planner Software questions.
Does the software decide my PMI interval?
No. The operator must use an appropriate inspection frequency based on the Operator Licence, vehicle use, roadworthiness guidance and maintenance arrangements. The software records and monitors the interval you set.
Can it track trailers?
Yes. Trailer inspections and records can be controlled alongside powered vehicles.
Can it track LOLER or specialist equipment dates?
Yes. Tail-lifts, lorry loaders and other specialist equipment can have their own recorded examination dates and documents where relevant.
