Subscription and payment: Your first 14 days are free. The first monthly subscription invoice is issued when the trial starts and is due on Day 15, when the first paid service period begins. If that invoice is unpaid on Day 15, access is suspended until payment is recorded. Future renewal invoices are issued 14 days before the next paid service period and access stays online only while the subscription is paid through. The subscription is monthly rolling and can be cancelled at any time.

Additional usage: Additional active vehicles are £6/month and each adds allowance for 2 additional active trailers. Additional active drivers are £3/month. Only active vehicles, trailers and drivers count towards billing. If a higher package becomes cheaper, the platform can recommend moving package.

Tax: VAT added where applicable.

I am authorised to bind this organisation and agree to the Terms of Service, including the 14-day free trial followed by a payment-in-advance monthly rolling subscription and any optional setup service selected. On behalf of the organisation, I agree to the Data Processing Addendum for personal data processed by MV Fleet Compliance on our instructions. I have read the Privacy Notice and Cookie & Device Storage Notice. I confirm that our organisation is responsible for providing appropriate privacy information and lawful-basis controls for driver/employee data we put into the platform, including any health or medical information.
